Come Imagine With Us!

In 2018, the Board of Directors set a goal to renovate and expand the beloved North Conway Public Library. In 2019 we broke ground and at the end of 2020 we held a soft opening. We hope to celebrate in 2021!

Thanks to Lyman Pope, our generous patrons and donors, we are closer to achieving that goal and the doors are ready to open! The interior is beautiful! We appreciate our local contractors for bringing the dream to fruition.

We are now in The Final Chapter of completing this wonderful and inspiring project! We need some final furnishings, to acquire computers for patrons' use, and to outfit the meeting rooms so that they are ready for use by local groups and organizations.

We appreciate the support of our community and all donations will help prepare the building for the coming years. We look forward to seeing all our patrons return -- at first "socially distanced", but then with smiles not hidden by masks, in the surroundings of our spectacular new building.

With gratitude to the people of the Mt. Washington Valley community and beyond, who have been inspired by the challenge and embrace the future of Pope Memorial Library.
