Come ready to learn about the importance of composition; play with shapes and color, use multiple materials, and develop your inner intuition. This art style explores the incorporation of many different materials that are glued together, to create a cutting-edge style of craft art that had never been seen before. A collage is created using a variety of materials, such as paper, cloth, paint, found objects, magazine and newspaper clippings, and sections of other artworks and text incorporated together before being glued onto a canvas or board to create an entirely new composition. Supplies will be included but feel free to bring items that you would like to incorporate into your finished project.
