Biking, adventure and fun!
This event is a promotes outdoor activities, recreation and our community while serving as a fundraiser for Pope Memorial Library’s children’s room, programming, our best-seller list, and much more. A fun outdoor event for the whole family, Bike for Books is open to riders of all ages and abilities. Participants have the option to take on the challenge of Cranmore’s lift-served downhill bike park or enjoy the Mount Washington Valley Rec Path.
We welcome riders of all levels for an exciting day filled with biking, adventure, and family-friendly activities. 100% of the proceeds from this event dirctly support library programing and collections, like new children's books and activities.

Pre-Event Packet Pick Up and Party
4:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Hit the trails faster on Sunday by stopping in the library Friday afternoon. Get your bike tuned, pick up your event wristband, enjoy some free tacos. For more info and registration, click here.

Bike For Books Event and Pizza Party on
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
The Main Event! Ride the lift serviced trails or cruise the MWV Rec Path.Afterwards, head over to the Fairbank Lodge patio at 12:00 PM for raffle drawings and free pizza from Flatbread Company! For more info and registration scroll down or click here for downhill or here for the Rec Path.
