For those seeking a more leisurely adventure, participants have the option to cruise the 2.9-mile paved MWV Rec Path, located between Cranmore Mountain and Hemlock Lane near Walmart. Riders will be given a passport at registration that will allow them to collect stamps at different stops along the path, making it an interactive and enjoyable journey for everyone.

About Bike for Books

The highly anticipated Bike for Books event is back this September and ready to welcome riders of all levels on Sunday, September 22, for a day of excitement and adventure at Cranmore Mountain Resort. This year's event promises to be bigger and better than ever before. Come out and enjoy a day filled with biking, adventure, and fun activities.

The event is hosted by Cranmore Mountain Resort and presented by White Mountain Oil. The day promotes outdoor activities and our community while serving as a fundraiser for Pope Memorial Library’s children’s room, programming, our best-seller list and much more.

A fun outdoor event for the whole family, Bike for Books is open to riders of all ages and abilities. Participants have the option to take on the challenge of Cranmore’s lift-serviced downhill bike park or enjoy the newly opened Mount Washington Valley Rec Path.
