Welcome to Small Batch Soups, a cooking class designed to bring timeless, comforting soups into
the modern home kitchen—without the need for stockpots or restaurant-scale prep.
In this class, we focus on 2-quart batches, ideal for small households, couples, or anyone who loves
freshly made soup without excess leftovers. You’ll learn foundational soup techniques, smart
ingredient choices, and how subtle adjustments can transform simple ingredients into deeply
satisfying dishes.
