Art exhibit opens

Pope Memorial Library to Host New Art Show

Pope Memorial Library is pleased to partner with Fabiana Walsh.  Fabiana believes in the power of art to inspire and heal the soul.  She has shown her work at many venues including World Art Dubai, Paris Expo Versailles, Art Expo New York at Pier 94, Art Basel Miami, her own studio in Ossipee and now at the library until April.   The exhibit opens Monday, February 12th.  There will be a public reception on Tuesday, March 26th at 6pm with light refreshments from Kennett High School's culinary program. Patrons can enjoy viewing the art and meeting the artist.

"We appreciate that Fabiana's beautiful artwork will adorn the library walls for the next few months.  We hope that patrons and Valley visitors alike will visit the exhibit," said Angela Callahan, Library Director.

The exhibit is open to the public through April 27th.  A portion of any art sold will benefit the Pope Memorial Library collection and programs.
