ABOUT THE AUTHOR SUSAN GAGNON:

I have been a licensed psychiatric social worker since 1991 and have worked in all levels of psychiatric care at both public and private hospitals.  I have developed and implemented programming for psychiatric and substance abuse treatment of adolescents and adults. Currently, in private practice, I own Adolescent, Adult & Family Behavioral Health. My expertise is in the healing of trauma symptoms. My book "If Trauma Spoke" teaches what trauma sounds like, what it looks like and how to recognize the messages our symptoms send us, with a roadmap to healing. I also teach about what trauma is, how it impacts our bodies, and how the energies of our childhoods create our personalities and behaviors.
